The Links Kennedy Bay Golf Course & Clubhouse forms the jewel in Place Development Australia’s crown and their 10-year, $425M project to develop the area into a vibrant town village and community hub.
The facility is managed by Clublinks, an experienced golf course, clubhouse, restaurant and golf shop operator who pride themselves on operating high-quality experiences for customers.
The golf course is still operating as a 9-holes facility, with the back nine opening in the coming months. This will allow the development of the driving range and pre-existing holes on the front nine to be completed.
We anticipate that the golf course will become an 18-hole, championship layout by approximately June 2025.
