The lights won’t turn on for my booking at 9pm?

The lights turn off at 9pm automatically, there is a black box near the big shed labelled “padel court lights” which will turn the lights on for an hour

The door is locked/not open for my booking?

The doors have keypads to open the doors; the code is in your booking confirmation in playbypoint which gives you the code to open the doors

How can I join the social nights?

Our social nights is under our programs section which will have a variety of options such as social nights, rating nights, morning socials, and padel and pizza.

If I am new to padel, where should I start for social clinics?

If you have never played before the open sessions would be the way to go, these sessions are tailored for any skill level but most of our beginners play these sessions.

How can I get some tips or coaching for Padel?

If you are looking for some coaching, we currently have Coach Patric who offers multiple times during the week for session which can be found in our “Book a Pro” section in playbypoint

If I cancel my booking, will I get a refund?

If you cancel your booking before 12 hours of your booking you will get a refund, any booking within 12 hours will be not refunded however you must call the pro shop of your cancellation, and we can put your booking into club credits to use for another time.

Does Padel Kennedy Bay sell racquets?

Yes, we have a wide range of Wilson and Head racquets available also accessories such as overgrips, balls, bags etc.

Does my booking I paid include the balls and racquets?

No, the booking you make on playbypoint is court reservation but no need to worry we have balls to purchase and racquets to rent for your session.

What is an NPRP rating?

The NPRP rating is a rating you earn through either official game matches or rating night sessions, this rating will correlate to your skill ability which can help in finding people the same skill level as you play in matches.
